Milwaukee Art Museum & Georgia O'Keeffe

If you haven't ever been there, the Milwaukee Art Museum is a great place to visit. It is located in downtown Milwaukee, right by Lake Michigan, so you can visit the artworks in the museum, and then also hang out by one of the Great Lakes too! There are many great paintings and sculptures by famous artists to see, and in fact, there is a room dedicated to just original paintings created by the artist featured in the Learn About An Artist section (Fall 2021)--Georgia O'Keeffe! Part of what makes the museum especially unique, is the architecture of the Quadracci Pavilion, most notably the Burke Brise Solei "wings," which on certain days, you can watch open and close from outside the museum.
