After a 31 year love affair and wonderful career of being a public school art teacher, I recently retired and am now pursuing adventures of a different kind other than being in a classroom all day.  But that doesn't mean that I still don't love art, or kids, or teaching, or telling others all about the wonderful things that the art world has to offer!  I hope that you can find some useful information, insight, and maybe even some inspiration from this site.  At this point, my plan is to change the content seasonally(fall, winter, spring, summer), except for the Art Blog, which I will be posting something new once a month.  So, check back here now and again, or as the weather changes happen outside, and see what new things about art there might be to discover that I can share with all of you.
