As a University of Wisconsin alumni, and a big "Badger" fan as well, this article about Danielle Hart, a UW women's volleyball player AND artist, naturally caught my eye. For starters, anything UW Badgers for me is an attention grabber-go Red! But the other part of the story that I really love, is that it shows how people are truly multidimensional and multifaceted human beings. That we are made up of many small parts that make us who we really are as a whole. This particular story, is about a super talented college volleyball player who is also super talented in the creative arts. But all around us, there are SO many more people just like this-accountants who are also master carpenters, engineers who sell their crochet on Etsy, and farmers who play acoustic guitar in a band on the weekends. How great is it that we have all been blessed with the ability to be skilled at more than one thing? The trick though, is that we just have to be willing to find what that "thing" might be. Maybe now is a good time to pursue some new venture, craft, or hobby of your own? By the way, the 2021 UW women's volleyball schedule can be found here. Go Badgers!
